Many of you began your Spring by joining us on our two shop hops, the Spring Fling and the School of Shops. What a great CROWD!
You all were wonderful and full of excitement for quilting and learning all the demos we had to share with you. Thank you to everyone that joined us.
We love seeing everyone and sharing Ivy Thimble with you.

Western NY Shop Hop
Wed., June 9 and Thurs., June 10, 9am-8pm,
Fri., June 11, 9am-7pm, Sat., June 12, 9am-5pm
Sun., June 13, 12-4pm

We’re at it again….we are hosting our FIFTH Quilting Cusine Excursion this fall!!!
Perhaps many of you have not heard of it because it fills up so quickly,
the bus can only accommodate 25 quilters. We’re taking reservations NOW!
You don’t need to navigate, fill the gas tank or plan your meals.
You and your friends will be pampered and chauffeured via small bus to 3 of the area's most unique quilt shops, Ivy Thimble Quilt Shop, O’Susannah’s Quilt & Gift Shop and Mt Pleasant Quilting Company.
At each destination you will have quality quilt shopping time
A "Surprise Sale" will be announced the day of the Cuisine
Each shop will provide you with nourishment to continue you on your way.
Your day will end with a gift and a candlelight sit down dinner hosted by the talented cooks of Ivy Thimble.
The dates are Friday, October 29th or Saturday, October 30th.
The bus will leave Ivy Thimble Quilt Shop at 9:30 am and return at approximately 5:30 pm.
The cost is $65.00 per person with a $32.50 deposit due by June 1st.
The remaining balance is due August 1st
(If deposits are not paid by June 1st, we will move on to the waiting list.)

We are announcing our EIGHTH Annual Quilting Retreat for 2011. We are SO excited!
If you’re new to quilting retreats you have got to stop in the shop to hear all about our retreat.
It’s a weekend just for YOU and your quilting,
full of sewing time with all your quilting friends and a time to make new quilting friends.
We are excited to announce we have moved our location…closer to IVY THIMBLE!!!
This year we will host our retreat Thurs., March 10, 10am thru Sun., March 13, noon at the Woodcliff!
We will be on our own for our meals Thursday, with meals at the hotel beginning on Friday morning thru Sunday’s brunch. As every other year, we will have our own massage therapist, Mary, for TWO DAYS!
It is certain to be a fun-filled weekend full of quilting time, laughter and the best part, relaxation for YOU.
